[보도자료] 포티넷, 2022년 3분기 실적 발표
2023년 3분기 총 매출은 11억 5,000만 달러로 전년 동기 대비 32.6% 증가
광범위하고 자동화된 통합 사이버보안 분야의 글로벌 리더인 포티넷코리아(www.fortinet.com/kr, 조원균 대표)는 본사가, 2022년 9월 30일로 마감되는 2022년 3분기 재무 실적을 발표했다고 밝혔다.
포티넷의 설립자겸 CEO인 켄 지(Ken Xie)는 “포티넷은 빠르게 성장하는 사이버 보안 산업에서 지속적으로 시장점유율을 확보해 왔으며, 특히 올 3분기에는 매출 및 수주액이 30% 이상 증가하며 업계 성장률을 크게 상회했다”라며 "향후 포티넷은 보안과 네트워킹의 융합, 공급업체 및 제품 통합의 업계 트렌드, 더욱 고도화된 위협 환경, 기존 및 신규 고객에 대한 서비스 향상 등에 집중하며 더욱 성장해 나갈 것이다”라고 말했다.
2022년 3분기 재무 실적은 다음과 같다.
2022년 3분기 재무 실적
- 매출: 2022년 3분기 총 매출은 11억 5,000만 달러로, 8억 6,720만 달러였던 전년 동기 대비 32.6% 증가했다.
- 제품 매출: 2022년 3분기 제품 매출은 4억 6,870만 달러로, 3억 3,710만 달러였던 전년 동기 대비 39.0% 증가했다.
- 서비스 매출: 2022년 3분기 서비스 매출은 6억 8,080만 달러로, 5억 3,010만 달러였던 전년 동기 대비 28.4% 증가했다.
- 수주액: 2022년 3분기 수주 총액은 14억 1,000만 달러로, 10억 6,000만 달러였던 전년 동기 대비 32.6% 증가했다.
- 이연매출: 2022년 9월 30일자 총 이연매출은 41억 9,000만 달러로, 2021년 9월 30일자 총 이연매출인 31억 1,000만 달러보다 35.0% 증가했다.
- 일반회계기준(GAAP) 영업이익 및 영업 이익률: 2022년 3분기 일반회계기준(GAAP) 영업 이익률은 23.1%로 영업 이익은 2억 6,550만 달러를 기록했다. 전년 동기 일반회계기준(GAAP) 영업 이익률은 19.2%로 영업 이익은 1억 6,640만 달러였다.
- 비일반회계기준(Non-GAAP) 영업이익 및 영업 이익률: 2022년 3분기 비일반회계기준(Non-GAAP) 영업 이익률은 28.3%로 영업 이익은 3억 2,490만 달러를 기록했다. 전년 동기 비일반회계기준(Non-GAAP) 영업 이익률은 25.8%로 영업 이익은 2억 2,360만 달러였다.
- 일반회계기준(GAAP) 순익 및 희석주당순익: 2022년 3분기 일반회계기준(GAAP) 순익은 2억 3,160만 달러로 1억 6,310만 달러였던 전년 동기 대비 증가했다. 2022년 3분기 일반회계기준(GAAP) 희석주당순익은 0.29달러(희석된 가중평균 사외주 7억 9,860만 개 기준)이며, 0.19달러(희석된 가중평균 사외주 8억 3,860만 개 기준)였던 전년 동기 대비 증가했다.
- 비일반회계기준(Non-GAAP) 순익 및 희석주당순익: 2022년 3분기 비일반회계기준(Non-GAAP) 순익은 2억 6,270만 달러로 전년 동기 1억 6,590만 달러에서 증가했다. 2022년 3분기 비일반회계기준(Non-GAAP) 희석주당순익은 0.33달러(희석된 가중평균 사외주 7억 9,860만 개 기준)로 0.20달러(희석된 가중평균 사외주 8억 3,860만 개 기준)였던 전년 동기 대비 증가했다.
- 현금 흐름: 2022년 3분기 영업활동 현금 흐름은 4억 8,300만 달러를 기록했으며, 3억 9,880만 달러였던 전년 동기 대비 증가했다.
- 잉여 현금 흐름: 2022년 3분기 잉여현금흐름은 3억 9,520만 달러를 기록했으며, 3억 2,980만 달러였던 전년 동기 대비 증가했다.
- 자사주 매입: 포티넷은 2022년 9월 30일자를 기준으로 3개월, 9개월간 보통주 1,020만주 및 3,600만주를 각각 평균 49.15달러 및 55.37달러의 금액으로 총 5억 달러 및 19억 9천만 달러에 매입했다. 전년 동기에는 3개월, 9개월간 보통주 180만주 및 410만주를 각각 평균 58.81달러 및 48.59달러의 금액으로 총 1억 880만 달러 및 2억 400만 달러에 매입했다.
