2020년 1분기 재무 실적은 다음과 같다.

2020년 1분기 재무 실적

•  매출: 2020년 1분기 총 매출은 5억 7,690만 달러로, 4억 7,260만 달러였던 전년 동기 대비 22.1% 증가했다.

•  제품 매출: 2020년 1분기 제품 매출은 1억 9,230만 달러로, 1억 6,270만 달러였던 전년 동기 대비 18.2% 증가했다.

•  서비스 매출: 2020년 1분기 서비스 매출은 3억 8,460만 달러로, 3억 990만 달러였던 전년 동기 대비 24.1% 증가했다.

•  수주액: 2020년 1분기 수주 총액은 6억 6,780만 달러로, 5억 5,160만 달러였던 전년 동기 대비 21.1% 증가했다.

•  이연매출: 2020년 3월 31일자 총 이연매출은 22억 3,000만 달러로, 2019년 3월 31일자 총 이연매출인 17억 7,000만 달러보다 26.1% 증가했다.

•  일반회계기준(GAAP) 영업이익 및 마진: 2020년 1분기 일반회계기준(GAAP) 영업 마진은 20.1%로 영업 이익은 1억 1,590만 달러를 기록했다. 지적 재산 건으로 인한 이익은 이번 분기 영업 마진에 640bp(basis points) 기여했다. 전년 동기 일반회계기준(GAAP) 영업 마진은 10.7%로 영업 이익은 5,060만 달러였다.

• 비일반회계기준(Non-GAAP) 영업이익 및 마진: 2020년 1분기 비일반회계기준(Non-GAAP) 영업 마진은 22.3%로 영업 이익은 1억 2,840만 달러를 기록했다. 전년 동기 비일반회계기준(Non-GAAP) 영업 마진은 20.4%로 영업 이익은 9,660만 달러였다.

•  일반회계기준(GAAP) 순익 및 희석주당순익: 2020년 1분기 일반회계기준(GAAP) 순익은 1억 40만 달러로, 지적 재산 건으로 인한 2,830만 달러의 이익(세금 차감)이 포함되어 있다. 2019년 1분기 일반회계기준(GAAP) 순익은 5,880만 달러였다. 2020년 1분기 일반회계기준(GAAP) 희석주당순익은 0.60달러(희석된 가중평균 사외주 1억 7,420만 개 기준)이며, 전년 동기 GAAP 희석주당순익은 0.34달러(희석된 가중평균 사외주 1억 7,480만 개 기준)였다. 지적 재산 건으로 인한 이익은 이번 분기 주당 순익에 0.16달러 기여했다.

• 비일반회계기준(Non-GAAP) 순익 및 희석주당순익: 2020년 1분기 비일반회계기준(Non-GAAP) 순익은 1억 440만 달러로 전년 동기 8,080만 달러에서 증가했다. 2020년 1분기 비일반회계기준(Non-GAAP) 희석주당순익은 0.60 달러(희석된 가중평균 사외주 1억 7,420만 개 기준)이며, 전년 동기 0.46달러(희석된 가중평균 사외주 1억 7,480만 개 기준)보다 증가했다.

• 현금 흐름 및 잉여현금 흐름: 2020년 1분기 영업활동 현금 흐름은 3억 1,940만 달러로, 지적 재산 건으로 인한 5,000만 달러의 수익이 포함되어 있으며, 2억 130만 달러였던 전년 동기 대비 크게 증가했다. 2020년 1분기 잉여현금흐름은 2억 4,180만 달러를 기록했으며, 전년 동기에는 1억 9,110만 달러였다.

•  자사주 매입: 2020년 1분기, 포티넷은 주당 평균가 90.36달러, 총 8억 9,990만 달러(현금 매입)로 1,000만개의 자사 보통주를 매입했다. 2019년 1분기, 포티넷은 주당 평균가 72.19 달러, 총 5,620만 달러로 80만개의 자사 보통주를 매입한 바 있다(이전 분기의 미결산 매입건을 포함해 현금 6,040만 달러 지불). 2020년 3월 31일자, 자사주 매입 프로그램의 가용 금액은 6억 9,290만 달러이다.
