Nubank
Founded in 2013 as a startup in São Paulo, Nubank is the largest FinTech company in Latin America with more than 6 million customers and 1,300 employees. Nubank came upon the challenge of designing a cybersecurity IT infrastructure that could support the FinTech company’s 1,300 employees and business growth. The project also needed to support the Red Team and enhance communications across what is now a global company.
Nubank elected to centralize its security operations on Fortinet’s FortiManager, which provides centralized management for the Fortinet Security Fabric, consisting of FortiGate next-generation firewalls (NGFWs), FortiSwitch, FortiAP, FortiAnalyzer and FortiGate VM. The company is now preparing to deploy a FortiNAC network access control solution.
