Universidad César Vallejo
César Vallejo University is the largest higher education institution in Peru. To better serve its 107,000 students on its 13 campuses throughout the country, the university wanted to provide secure access to all its academic and research content from any location. However, wide area networks (WANs) are not reliable everywhere in Peru, and they can be costly and difficult to manage. So, the university worked with Fortinet to develop a secure-access strategy based on Fortinet Secure SD-Branch and Secure SD-WAN. In addition to improving WAN bandwidth availability, the Fortinet secure access solutions also enabled consistent security policy enforcement, regardless of location or the WAN channel used.
Learn how César Vallejo University reduced its WAN costs and leveraged security automation to improve its operations in this case study.
