Congratulating Fortinet on the award, Mr. Benoy CS, Director, ICT Practice, Frost & Sullivan said, “Fortinet has had a very successful year 2014, where it experienced immense revenue growth of 51.9 percent in the Network Security Market in India. In India, the vendor has created an ecosystem with large service providers to give customers a broad choice of solutions for protecting their infrastructures. Owing to its high-end appliances and hardware engineering capability, the organization has been creative in offering an exceptional level of performance, deployment flexibility, and security for large as well as mid-sized networks. The underlying philosophy behind the company’s growth is attributed to its continuous pace of innovation, delivery of new features and products, and ease of deployment and management of its appliances onsite.”

The 2015 Frost & Sullivan award recipients were judged on various parameters including revenue growth, market share growth, product portfolio diversity, key achievements, go-to-market strategy, vertical and horizontal diversity, major customer acquisitions, efficacy of innovation process, product service, and positioning, among others. The process involved in-depth primary interviews of various industry participants and secondary research conducted by Frost & Sullivan analysts. An elite jury panel comprising prominent CIOs/CTOs from the industry evaluated the compiled data and incorporated the end-user perspective. Frost & Sullivan then presents the awards to companies that received the highest industry rank in each category.
