We are committed to the global representation of all genders, races, ethnicities, national origins, ages, sexual orientations, etc., in Fortinet's workforce. We support the strategic distribution of resources, so employees of all backgrounds have comparable outcomes. We are also focused on maintaining an environment where employees feel welcomed, respected, supported, valued, and free to participate. This includes equal opportunity, fair recruitment, and equitable remuneration for employees.

Inclusion Culture: Fortinet is committed to a culture of inclusion that lets employees feel welcome and creates a sense of belonging. We also build awareness about diversity and inclusion using educational tools and resources across functions and geographies, such as sharing and discussing our Diversity and Inclusion report. Our focus on diversity is reflected throughout the organization, starting at the highest level, with gender-diverse board.

Fair Pay: We are committed to providing fair and equitable pay to our employees. We are focused on ensuring pay parity, and because we are an international organization, this remains an ongoing focus area for us.

Building a robust and diverse workforce takes dedication. We are focused on recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing, innovative talent with diverse backgrounds. Fortinet's success is tied to our ability to attract and retain skilled global talent and build and maintain our employees' full involvement and enthusiasm for their work. This includes ensuring that all workers are allowed to grow their skills and are provided with sustainable working conditions as job automation, artificial intelligence, the gig economy, and transformational forces reshape the nature of work.

Education Outreach Program

Fortinet is committed to helping build an inclusive and diverse security workforce. Our Education Outreach Program aims to create new career pathways for all under-represented or disadvantaged individuals.

Partnership is a key element of these programs. One of these joint initiatives is the Cybersecurity Learning Hub, resulting from a partnership between Fortinet, Salesforce, and the World Economic Forum. Fortinet has also partnered with IBM to include its cybersecurity curriculum into the SkillsBuild platform and help create new cybersecurity career pathways for job seekers, including those struggling with long-term unemployment, refugees, asylum seekers, veterans, and students.

In addition, Fortinet partners with numerous non-profits such as Women in Cybersecurity (WiCys) in the US and WOMCY in Latin America to promote its cybersecurity certification program among the members of those communities and organizations.

And finally, our outreach program places a big focus on Veterans to help them successfully transition to civilian life as cybersecurity professionals.
