Network World Asia Wins
The Network World Asia awards are judged by NWA editors and 100 Asia Pacific CIOs and IT heads who read NWA or its sister publications Networks Asia, Security Asia and Storage Asia. Judging criteria used by both editors and IT leaders include reputation of vendor in the marketplace; features of the solutions; market acceptance of the technology and brand; users’ feedback on the solutions/deployments; and the solutions’ durability, scalability and quality of service. The award ceremony was held at The Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel in Singapore on June 12.

End users in Singapore and Malaysia were polled on vendor service levels pertaining to implementation and ongoing customer service. Areas covered by the survey included on-time and on-budget delivery of projects, ability of the deployment to meet multi-party needs, expertise of vendor employees, quality of end-user training and responsiveness of service staff.
