Fortinet Named to Nasdaq-100 Index

In December 2021, Fortinet announced it had been named to the Nasdaq-100 Index®. Fortinet joined the distinguished Index in conjunction with the annual reconstitution of the Nasdaq-100 Index (Nasdaq: NDX). 

The inclusion became effective prior to market open on Monday, December 20, 2021. Shares of Fortinet are included in the NASDAQ-100 Index Tracking Stock®.
