While the global cybersecurity skills gap has seen a slight improvement the past two years, the cyber workforce still needs to grow 65% to effectively defend organizations' critical assets. Additionally, a Fortinet report found that 80% of breaches could be attributed to a lack of cyber skills or awareness. As a result, the talent shortage is a top concern for organizations that are looking for ways to increase their employees’ cyber skillsets.
Through the Training Advancement Agenda (TAA) and Fortinet Training Institute programs, Fortinet is committed to closing the cyber skills gap. One of the programs helping address the skills shortage is the Authorized Training Centers program. Fortinet Authorized Training Centers (ATCs) are a network of accredited training organizations, ranging from Fortinet channel partners to pure training companies, in more than 130 countries/territories around the world teaching Fortinet’s NSE Certification curriculum in 26 different languages. These ATCs play a crucial role in delivering Fortinet’s training and in helping achieve our pledge to train 1 million people by 2026 to address the skills gap. This year, Fortinet is recognizing outstanding ATCs through the inaugural 2022 ATC Awards.
Fortinet’s ATCs are the exclusive trainers for NSE 4 courses and also deliver more technical training ranging from NSE 5–7 courses. Courses are delivered in both classroom and online formats and offer the same top-quality training you would receive from Fortinet directly.
Fortinet's 2022 ATC Awards recognize exceptional achievements in quality of training delivery, customer experience, and more. Below are this year's winners across three categories.
These Fortinet ATC partners have focused on innovative marketing campaigns that drive Fortinet training, have sales initiatives to penetrate targeted accounts, hybrid training programs, and/or have implemented innovative programs. As a result, they help drive market engagement and advancement with customers.
These ATCs provided training to the most significant number of individuals. The partners have demonstrated commitment to training their customers on Fortinet products and solutions. This award is given to the top ATC in each region.
Regional winners were selected based on the number of NSE trainings completed, NSE certifications completed, feedback from student survey responses, and more. This recognition is based on technical competence, training delivery expertise, and customer satisfaction.
Fortinet ATC partners demonstrate their commitment to helping customers achieve success in a digital world and play a critical role in addressing the skills gap affecting the industry. For this reason, we recognize our ATC partners who go above and beyond through the ATC Awards and look forward to continuing to contribute to our ATC partners success and growth.
