Fortinet accepts payment for training courses via major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, or Amex) and purchase
orders from customers who have established credit terms. Training can also be purchased through Fortinet's
network of Authorized Resellers. All payments for training must be made prior to the training start date.

In order to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality instruction in limited class sizes, we have put into
place the following policies

You may cancel attendance any Fortinet-sponsored class without penalty by giving Fortinet Training
written notice at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled start date of the class. If you cancel your
attendance on a course without this notice you will forfeit the entire class fee. Please be sure to send all
cancellations via fax (613 225-2951) or e-mail (training@fortinet.com). We regret that no verbal
cancellations can be accepted.

Fortinet Training reserves the right to cancel a class at any time, but will make its best efforts to provide a
minimum of 10 business day's notice of such cancellation. In such cases, we will refund the course fee(s)
in full. Our liability is limited to course fee(s) only. We cannot be held liable for travel or other related
expenses.

Authorized Fortinet Training Centers may have different policies. Check with your preferred AFTC for
their specific policies.
