Premium RMA

Premium RMA Support is designed for customers who need the assurance of a replacement part being delivered onsite within a given timeframe.

Premium RMA Support is delivered using dedicated stock positioned in depots close to your premises and a network of trained engineers qualified to replace equipment.

    Three levels of premium RMA support are currently offered.
  • 4-hour Onsite Engineer (4HR-OSE) - Parts delivered onsite as well as an engineer, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week within 4 hours of RMA verification and approval by Fortinet support.
  • 4-hour Courier (4HR-C) - Parts-only delivered onsite, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week within 4 hours of RMA verification and approval by Fortinet support.
  • Next Day Delivery (NDD) - Parts-only delivered onsite the next day following RMA verification and approval by Fortinet support.

Premium RMA Service Availability

Premium RMA Support is available worldwide. The enhanced service levels, however, may restrict availability in certain geographic locations.

The Service Delivery Matrix provides service descriptions and information regarding the availability of Premium RMA Support around the world. Your local Fortinet reseller will be able to confirm whether Premium RMA Support can be provided in locations not listed in the Service Delivery Matrix.
