NSS Labs 2012 Intrusion Prevention Systems Security Value Map

NSS Labs’ IPS Security Value Map demonstrates that Fortinet delivers the right mix of IPS protection, performance, and TCO by earning a “Recommended” rating.

In the recent IPS group test, NSS Labs evaluated 15 products from a range of vendors, including Check Point, HP/Tipping Point, IBM, Juniper, McAfee, Palo Alto Networks, SonicWALL and Sourcefire.

The result: The FortiGate-3240C delivered enterprise-class performance with 6.25 Gbps throughput and sub-10 microsecond latency.
