Fortinet Partners with Leading Distributor Digital China to Expands Presence in China Marketplace

Company also relocates Beijing office to accommodate past and future growth

BEIJING, China, June 20, 2006-- Fortinet - the pioneer and leading provider of multi-threat security solutions- today announced that Digital China, the largest distributor of technology products in the People's epublic of China, has signed on as a Fortinet channel partner.

Digital China, a spin-off from Legend Computer - now known as Lenovo - is a well-known brand name in China, with a well-developed network of channels and distributors. The company distributes a wide array of products from 20 leading international brands, and also offers hardware maintenance, system integration and training to customers.

"This partnership is significant for three reasons: Digital China's extensive network of resellers and distributors will give us tremendous reach into the China market; the company's system integration and research and development capabilities will aid us in supporting our customers; and lastly, will enhance our ability to accurately understand and predict market trends in China," explained Mr.Bi An, General Manager of Fortinet China.

Fortinet China also announced the relocation of its head office in Beijing from Zhongguancun to the Beijing Central Business District (CBD). The new office is located in Chongyang.
